Jeannette has over twenty years management experience in sales, operations, and retail with companies such as Grand Metropolitan, Northern Foods and WH Smith. She has worked with people at all levels from Sales Consultants to Chief Executives as a facilitator, coach and trainer. As Head of Membership of the Association for Coaching she is involved in promoting coaching for individuals and teams within the workplace. Jeannette is passionate about crafting training programmes that bring about measurable changes in organisations.
