Purposeful Connections recognise that we must integrate our business values and operations to meet the expectations of our stakeholders and to ensure that the long term future of the company is best served. The company is committed to its Corporate Social Responsibility activities and will continue to take action and report on them. Stakeholders include customers, employees, regulators, suppliers, the community and the environment.
» We recognise that our social, economic and environmental responsibilities to these stakeholders are integral to our business. We aim to demonstrate these responsibilities through our actions and within our corporate policies.
» We take seriously all feedback that we receive from our stakeholders and, where possible, maintain open dialogue to ensure that we fulfil the requirements outlined within this policy.
» We shall be open and honest in communicating our strategies, targets, performance and governance to our stakeholders through our process of evaluation and improvement to ensure our continual commitment to sustainable development.
» The Directors are responsible for the implementation of this policy and will make the necessary resources available to realise our corporate responsibilities.
Communications:
Meetings are held regularly to share information and to seek out mutual opportunities. The company issues communications at regular intervals to keep all relevant stakeholders informed and updated on events, articles, research, newsletters and tips.
Customers:
Customer satisfaction is the key to business success. Quality of product, delivery and service is paramount. The company recognises the importance of quality management systems in line with Industry standards, competencies and best practice.

» We will register and resolve customer complaints in accordance with our customer complaint guidelines
